There is probably no better confirmation of your masculinity than the possibility to grow a thick, full beard. There is something uniquely powerful about this - you feel like you could wrestle a bear, catch a fish with your bare hands, or engage in other masculine activities. But growing a beard is more than just throwing away your razor - it takes time, dedication and the superhuman ability to resist itching. Here are a few useful hints to help you create a dense, shiny beard that would give Gandalf all the glory of horror.
1. resist the urge to cut your beard too quickly.
Do not cut your beard with scissors or trimmers until it has grown at least four weeks. Individual hairs grow at different speeds, so some areas of your beard may be longer than others. Be patient and wait until it has grown really long enough to be able to style and trim it. The longer the beard, the easier it will be.

Other vitamin supplements that are beneficial to beard growth are vitamins B1, B6 and B12, as well as beta-carotene, linseed oil and nettle oil.
Regular, moderate to intensive exercise can lead to denser, healthier beard growth as it increases testosterone production and boosts circulation. Good circulation is important as it carries the vitamins and nutrients needed to the skin and hair through the blood. Try to combine both cardiovascular and muscle-building exercises to get the best results.
4.Treat yourself to a lot of sleep and relaxing.
Sleep is important because it allows the cells to regenerate - which is again important for the growth rate of your hair. Your general well-being and health depend on whether you get enough sleep, so you should find about 7-8 hours of good, deep sleep every night. You should also try to reduce your stress level as much as possible, as stress is associated with hair loss.
